WHY WHISTLE­BLOW?

At Spar Hotel, we strive to main­tain an open and trans­par­ent work­place where mis­con­duct has no place. For that rea­son, it is impor­tant to us as an employ­er that whistle­blow­ing is easy and acces­si­ble. We use Visslan’s whistle­blow­ing chan­nel, which ensures anonymi­ty and a high lev­el of security.

WHO CAN REPORT?

In short, any­one work­ing with­in Spar Hotel can report misconduct.
If you are unsure, we encour­age you to read more in our full whistle­blow­ing policy.

WHAT CAN BE REPORTED?

We encour­age you to report if you sus­pect mis­con­duct with­in the com­pa­ny and there is a pub­lic inter­est in bring­ing it to light. Exam­ples of mis­con­duct that may qual­i­fy as whistle­blow­ing include:

  • Cor­rup­tion, inten­tion­al mis­state­ments in account­ing, fraud, theft, or oth­er finan­cial crime

  • Seri­ous envi­ron­men­tal offences

  • Sig­nif­i­cant work­place safe­ty deficiencies

  • Oth­er seri­ous issues affect­ing life or health

If you are uncer­tain, we encour­age you to con­sult our full whistle­blow­ing policy.
You do not need evi­dence for your sus­pi­cion, but all reports must be made in good faith.

HOW ISREPORT HANDLED?

All reports are han­dled con­fi­den­tial­ly. Any per­son­al data not rel­e­vant to the case will be delet­ed, and cas­es are stored only for as long as necessary.

All cas­es are ini­tial­ly man­aged by the law firm Star­ck & Part­ner to ensure inde­pen­dent han­dling. After the ini­tial process, our inter­nal con­tact per­sons may take over the case.
