WHO CAN REPORT?
In short, anyone working within Spar Hotel can report misconduct.

WHAT CAN BE REPORTED?
We encourage you to report if you suspect misconduct within the company and there is a public interest in bringing it to light. Examples of misconduct that may qualify as whistleblowing include:

Corruption, intentional misstatements in accounting, fraud, theft, or other financial crime

Serious environmental offences

Significant workplace safety deficiencies

Other serious issues affecting life or health

You do not need evidence for your suspicion, but all reports must be made in good faith.
HOW IS A REPORT HANDLED?
All reports are handled confidentially. Any personal data not relevant to the case will be deleted, and cases are stored only for as long as necessary.
All cases are initially managed by the law firm Starck & Partner to ensure independent handling. After the initial process, our internal contact persons may take over the case.
