The information that you provide us with

We collect and treat personal data that you give us, usually in combination with the booking of a room as we ask for your personal information in order to oblige with our agreement, but if you also send us an email or a message thru our website, we sign you up for our newsletter. The same goes for when you call us or communicate with us thru social media.

Information that gets collected when you use our services.

We collect and treat your personal data that your employer gives us. This occurs when we have an agreement and we require information in regards to the guests staying with us, as they are included in the agreement. Information that is collected by us could be; names, telephone numbers, emails and invoice references. This information is necessary in order for us to be able to deliver the service that we have an agreement on. It so happens that the person responsible for the booking leaves personal information about one or more other people, who will use the same booking.

Handling & Storing of personal data

We handle personal data in our customer database, in our bookingsystem as well as in our Finance system. These systems are available to us, so that we can more efficiently deliver the services that you have ordered from us and for us to be able to answer your questions and give you impeccable customer service associated with the execution of these services. In these systems, you can find the personal data that we collect in order to treat. In the cases that we have gathered your information within the frame of our agreement with your employer, the information will be kept as long as the agreement is valid. In the case that you have given consent to us handling your personal data, we will save it for the amount of time that your consent is valid. In other words until you withdraw from this consent.

Your integrity is important to us and that is why we make sure that safety comes first. We take any necessary steps to protect your personal data if it is in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation and with established guidelines for information safety.
