• Demo­li­tion of anoth­er prop­er­ty in the area will take place between 2024-09-03 and approx­i­mate­ly 2025-05-30. The work is expect­ed to occur on week­days from 07:00 to 18:00, and some dis­tur­bance may occur.
• Between weeks 10 and 18, we will be giv­ing our back side/​terrace a major refresh with wash­ing and new paint on the façade. Dur­ing this time, the ter­race will unfor­tu­nate­ly be closed, and scaf­fold­ing and pro­tec­tive plas­tic on the win­dows will be part of the view. We apol­o­gize for the incon­ve­nience and appre­ci­ate your under­stand­ing – soon we will all be able to enjoy a clean­er and more attrac­tive façade!
